With Advanced Replacement Protection, a replacement device will be sent to you within 1 working day of a fault being registered. To ensure minimal downtime, you will return the original device to LamasaTech only once you receive the new device. If the model you possess is no longer in production you will receive the next product line.
Our SLA guarantees all support tickets will receive a response within 1 working day.
If you have a fault with your device simply:
- Register the fault with our team
- We will send a new device to you within 1 working day
- Send the original device back to us, only once the new device is up and running
