Returns and refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your device(s) within 14 days and we will refund the full cost of the item excluding shipping costs and credit card fees where applicable. Please first notify our team that you would like to process a refund and we will provide you with an RMA.
All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be subtracted from your refund payment. Your items must be returned in their original condition, in the original packaging without damage.
Purchases made directly from hub.lamasatech.com only qualify for our returns policy. For devices purchased from our authorised resellers, please contact the reseller directly regarding their policy.
