Scroll Element

With the Scroll element, you can display text in many different ways.

In the Text menu, you can select between three types of outputs.

You can select the Simple Text type, and then type the text that you want to display.

You can select the Message Board type, and display the saved messages.

Or you can select the RSS type, and display it by an RSS URL.

You can also set the speed, the direction, and the trim of your element.

Enabling the Endless function is recommended when you want to display long texts in the element. In the Size&Position menu, you can select the width, the height, and the placement of your element quickly.

You can also set letter spacing and shadow to your element here.

Vertical and Horizontal alignment of the text can be changed in this menu too.

You can use the Bind to data tool to select your data source.

With the Font colour data binder, you can give a colour to your text in the element from Datasource.

You can set the After and Before text to display before or after the main text.
