Password Reset

This article shows you how to reset your password if you have forgotten your login details. Please note that the password recovery function only works on servers that have mail service enabled.

You can start the password recovery process by clicking the ‘Forgot password?’ button on the login screen.

Type in the e-mail address of your account and complete the reCAPTCHA if required, then press the ‘Request password reset’ button.

A confirmation email is then sent to your e-mail address. If you click on the URL in the email it will navigate you to the temporary password reset page.

Input your new password for your account, then click on the ‘Set password’ button.

You have successfully reset your password. You can now log in to your account with your new credentials.
