LOG Files

The LOG file records events that occur with the Client.

You can download the Log file of a client in .txt format from our editor interface. Right-click on the device you wish to get the information from and select the ‘download screen log’ option. You can now select if you want to download the logcat and the system report too. These two options only apply to Android devices. If the two slidebox’s are disabled, only the PeakSignage application logs will be downloaded.
