I don’t see my device online
A device in the editor interface is showing to be offline when it should be online.
| Possible causes | Fixes |
| This issue can be caused if your device is actually inactive or you are looking at two different devices. One in the system and one in real life. | Check and make sure that you are looking at the same device that seems to be inactive in the system and make sure it is turned on. |
| Most of the time this issue appears when the device doesn’t have an internet connection. | Check and make sure that the device that seems to be inactive in the system has an internet connection. |
| Some android boxes can not handle an Ethernet and a Wi-Fi connection simultaneously. | Check and make sure that the device that seems to be inactive has only the Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection enabled at once. |
